As the authors of Energy Central’s EnergyIoT Conceptual Architecture series, our team are pioneers in proposing modern, distributed, cloud-based solutions that leverage virtualization, containerization, orchestration and other DevOps capabilities to coordinate Distributed Energy Resources (DER) on the grid.  We recognize that our current centralized, system-centric, siloed architecture simply WILL NOT WORK as more and more DER enters our electricity networks.

In addition, our team members are certified Grid Architects from the Department of Defense, having been trained in laminar architectural constructs by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
